April 9th Update

• Brick and Stone is complete except for the piers
• Shingles are complete except for the canopies
• Windows are installed except for the round windows over the altar
• EFIS is starting – Water Proofing coat done 04/09
• Underground Storm Drainage
• Piers for the columns are being formed at main entrance
• Canopy Drop off is being framed
• Site paving will start week of 04/13 weather permitting
• Foundations for the AHU-1 week of 04/06
• Drywall complete
• Tape and Sanding Worship Space in progress
• Primer Coat of Paint in the Classrooms/Office
• Ceiling Grid being installed in classrooms/offices
• Electrical devices and light fixtures are going in the classrooms/office
• Roof top units are being set.
• Altar was poured last week
• Stained Glass Windows – One Large Window and One Smaller Window today, 45% complete, The balcony is done, all but the vent windows that were on the west side and some of the small windows that were on the east side. (pick new locations)

January 6th Update

• Permanent power was installed last week.
• Temporary winter protection over windows and doors of the Parish Hall, Classrooms and Office space is in place.
• Winter Heat was turned on Friday, January 2nd.
• Framing of the West wall of the Worship Space continues.
• 2/3 of the roof decking and roof angle is done on Worship Space.
• Window Blocking for the stained glass windows is complete.
• Exterior wall framing and trusses are complete on Gathering Space.
• Metal roof deck will start today on Gathering Space.
• Exterior sheathing should start back up today on Worship/Gathering.
• Finishing the framing of the crickets and dormers on Parish Hall, then the metal deck can be completed.
• Roof decking will start today on Gathering Space.
• Nailable roof insulation is on going.
• Classrooms and offices are done and felt paper is on.
• The North side of the Parish Hall done, waiting for the dormers to complete.
• Flat roof areas will start today.
• Above Ceiling Mechanical and Electrical is on going.
